The short version: this site tells you about our shows and points you to whoever is selling the tickets. We don’t sell tickets ourselves, lineups can change, and the ticketing company’s terms govern your purchase.
Using this site
You’re welcome to browse, read and share this site. The text, photographs, artwork and design are owned by MRH Productions or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written consent. Artist photographs remain the property of the artists and their photographers.
Tickets are sold by other companies
MRH Productions does not process ticket sales on this website. Ticket links take you to:
- tourcntrl for Bluegrass First Class
- Etix or the venue’s own ticketing for the concert series
Your purchase is a transaction with that company and the venue. Their terms, fees, refund and exchange rules apply, not ours. We do not see or store your payment details. If something goes wrong with an order, contact the ticketing company first — but do tell us as well, because we want to know.
Lineups, dates and times can change
Bluegrass is a live business. Artists cancel, illness happens, and weather in the mountains in February does what it wants. The lineup is subject to change without notice. A change of artist is not normally grounds for a refund, and refund policy is set by the ticketing company and the venue. If an event is cancelled outright, the ticketing company will advise you of your options.
Where an event is listed as “coming soon” or an artist is described as confirmed, we are telling you what we know at the time. It is not a guarantee.
Accommodation
Rooms at the Crowne Plaza Resort are booked directly with the hotel. Your reservation is an agreement with the hotel, and their cancellation policy applies. We list the room block as a convenience — we don’t administer it.
At the event
Admission is subject to the venue’s rules and the terms printed on your ticket. Venues may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave for conduct that spoils the event for others. Photography and recording policies vary by artist and venue.
Please note that photographs and video are taken at our events and may be used in future promotion. By attending, you agree that your image may appear in that material.
Links to other sites
We link to ticketing companies, venues, artists and application forms. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Accuracy
We work to keep dates, times, venues and lineups correct, and we check them against the venues. Errors are still possible. If you spot one, please tell us — we would rather hear about it. Before travelling a long distance, confirm details with the venue.
Liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, MRH Productions is not liable for losses arising from use of this site or from reliance on information published here, including travel or accommodation costs incurred for an event that is later changed or cancelled.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
